Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 15-day customer satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product within 15 days of receipt. Requests and returns outside this period will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

If you would like to make a return, send us an email at info@ravenrockhemp.com and include your name, address, order number, and reason for return. Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been accepted and a credit will be applied to your credit card.

Damage Due to Shipping

We perform a quality check for all goods prior to shipment. However, we recognize that things happen so please check your order to ensure it has not been damaged.  If damaged, please send an email to info@ravenrockhemp.com and include your name, date of purchase, and description of damage along with a picture within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement.
